Sexting advice for men, from women

There is so much intimacy to be explored and experienced through mutual vulnerability and curiosity.
This article will help men better understand a woman’s perspective and excitement around sexting; what women like/ dislike and want we actually want men to send us.
The following questions were asked by a male from our Instagram community and answered by over 350+ women from our community.
Do women want to receive nudes?

The majority of women said NO. Are you surprised? If you are, read on. I’ll explain exactly why we prefer NOT to receive nude pictures/videos.
Who do women prefer to receive nudes from?
I believe the majority of women prefer to have this sort of exchange with an exclusive partner because there is likely far more trust with their partner vs a casual hook up/ FWB (friends with benefits).
Do women prefer pictures or videos?
Not too much else to say here. Some women mentioned they really love receiving videos… with the sound on.

Out of 336 women, 314 of us prefer to receive explicit messages over receiving nudes.
There is so much more imagination, anticipation and desire to be experienced through messaging each other. Firstly, we likely have more courage and confidence via text because we are behind a screen and have more time to respond.
Us women love a good storyline and hearing/ reading exactly what you want/ what you want to do to and with us. Plus, sending a cheeky message is waay safer than sending an unsolicited dick pic. Texting allows for a warm up, the build up and an insane amount of desire for the next time you get to see one another.
Just keep in mind, 93.5% of women prefer to receive hot messages over nudes. Unfortunately this is a Stats class, not a Creative Writing class. So I won’t be able to share The Art of Sexting with you. If you want more insight on how to sext, let me know via DM and I’ll get the collective insight on that topic too ;).
Do women want their partner to ask before sending them a nude, or would they rather be surprised?
Regardless of one’s relationship status, receiving an unsolicited dick pic is going in way too fast, way too soon. I feel for men in the sense of what angles to shoot and send. Women are far more creative in that aspect and because there is only one area men can send: everything below the neck and above the thighs. Women have that area plus their backside.
When in doubt, especially in the beginning of a relationship, perhaps ask your partner if they want to receive/ exchange some naughty pics with you. But first, instead of focusing on ‘sending to receive’, try exploring more of the dialogue, details and building anticipation between each other. This is what women love.
